Order Form

2024 Food & Beverage

Deadline to place orders via the link below is 12:00 PM on Wednesday, January 24th. After this date, pre orders can be made on site at locations around the hotel.

The Washington Hilton is honored to once again host the Annual Washington Mardi Gras January 25th-January 27th. For the 2024 Captain’s Dinner Dance on Friday, January 26th and the Mardi Gras Ball on Saturday, January 27th we are please to offer our online portal to pre order liquor and wine service at your tables and boxes. For Saturday’s ball food is also available to order to your box.

Table and Booth numbers are REQUIRED to deliver all orders by 12 noon on Friday January 26th.

If table or booth numbers are not provided by this time, orders cannot be delivered and the entire order amount will be forfeited.

At checkout please indicate your table/booth number in the booth fields.

A few quick tips for using our website:

  1. Click Link above and click on “Register Now”

  2. If you do not find your company, select “Create New Company” and enter only your company name to proceed. No need to enter additional information

  3. Complete your contact information

  4. Once registered, search for “2024 Washington Mardi Gras”

  5. You can now order your beverages- just like on-line shopping!

  6. Go to checkout, print receipt for your records if needed—and you are done

  7. Orders will then be preset on your tables when you enter Ballroom that night

On-site orders night of event will be available via a QR code at your table/box but please note significant wait times will be incurred due to dinner service and program timing constraints.  Hence, you are encouraged to preorder.
